Engine Distribution

A good diesel engine pumps 40% of it’s fuel out the exhaust unburnt.

The reason for this is:- when the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber, the droplets of fuel are all different sizes; the smaller ones burn very quickly and the larger ones only partially burn. When the Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner is added to the diesel fuel, it is possible to get almost 100% fuel burn. The Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner has been engineered to make these droplets in the combustion chamber very close to the same size. There is a considerable increase in power available from the engine. If you do not use this extra power, then there is a distinct possibility in saving a lot of fuel.

Sulphur and Diesel

As from June 2003 the diesel purchased from oil companies in all States in Australia has had the sulphur content in the diesel reduced to 50 PPM. (10 PPM of Sulphur is the Governments aim). The Sulphur content in Diesel fuel a couple of years ago was in excess of 2000 PPM. The sulphur was required to be removed by the Environmental Protection Agency and is to be the requirement, worldwide. Sulphur in the exhaust emissions was very harmful to humans.

Even though we now have a cleaner diesel fuel, which is great for our health, the sulphur was the main lubricant in the fuel. Using Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner will help put the lubrication back into the fuel.

Information for owners of boats, and operators who have fuel in storage tanks.

Sulphur also acted as an antioxidant in holding the power/energy in the Diesel. Without the sulphur the fuel in storage will now deteriorate. The Bi-tron Conditioner will hold the energy in this fuel.
