For the INITIAL ENGINE OIL TREATMENT, you will need sufficient Bi-tron Engine Formulation (E.F.) to treat the crankcase oil at approximately 10%, to be used at about 8 Hours or 800 klms (minimum) before the oil change.
After refilling with new oil and fitting a new oil filter cartridge, retreat with 5% Bi-tron Engine Formulation.
This treatment is good for at least the next Oil change in Machinery or 10,000 klms. in vehicles. If Oil Analysis Test was done at the 3rd. Oil Change after using Bi-tron, the results should show that the intervals between Oil changes could be increased (maybe by at least double hours).
E.P. Metal TreatmentIf the oil in the transmission (Gearbox; Differentials, Transfer Case & Hydraulics) has been changed regularly and you believe the oil to be clean, then you can treat these areas at the rate of 10% with the Bi-tron Metal Treatment (B.E.P.M.T.). This product is extremely good at reducing friction, noises, whining & excess heat. When you eventually do an oil change, retreat at the rate of 5% B.E.P.M.T. Some Hydraulic units where a lot of oil is used as a coolant; those units need only be treated at the rate of 5% B.E.P.M.T. The Bi-tron ONLY treats the metal.
Fuel ConditionerAs the lubrication in the diesel is so low, the Diesel fuel needs at least 1ml. per Litre ( I L Bi-tron to 1000 L Fuel) to help put the lubrication back into the fuel. You may need to change at least one fuel filter after using the Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner. I suggest you don’t change the fuel filter when you first start using the Bi-tron. You may find changing the Fuel Filter after using about 500 to 1,000 L of Fuel, the best option
Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner is the only Product which will lubricate the Top Ring on the Piston
Treat the first 4 TANKS of Fuel at 2 mls Per Litre with Bi-tron Diesel Fuel Conditioner (usually Min. of 10 L Bi-tron). Use the first 20 L X Bi-tron Diesel Fuel Conditioner at 2 mls. Per Litre. After this 20L, try 1.5 Mls Bi-tron Fuel Conditioner per Litre Diesel.
